个人简介

       环境科学理学博士,研究员,博士生导师。2021年1月以研究员引入华中农业大学资源与环境学院生态系任教,研究领域为极端环境微生物和污染生态学,主要利用多组学技术和生物信息学手段分析酸性矿山废水(AMD)和尾矿等污染环境的微生物生态、功能修复和治理,探究微生物在AMD、热泉、盐湖等极端环境生物地球化学循环中的作用。已发表学术论文20余篇,其中以第一/共同第一作者发表The ISME Journal、Environmental Science & Technology、Soil Biology & Biochemistry等国际重要学术期刊论文8篇,其中1篇入选1% ESI高被引论文,1篇封面文章。论文总引用808次,H指数11, i10指数12。担任Environmental Science & Technology、Soil Biology & Biochemistry、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Frontier in Microbiology 等多个国际期刊的审稿人。
